1.2. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if explicitly confirmed in writing by Camp Again. In such cases, all other provisions remain fully in force.
1.3. The applicability of general terms and conditions invoked by the contracting party is explicitly rejected unless confirmed in writing by Camp Again.
1.4. โContracting partyโ is defined as any natural person or legal entity with a contractual relationship with Camp Again.
1.5. Camp Again reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time.
1.6. By using the Camp Again website(s) and/or placing an order, the contracting party accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as all other rights and obligations listed on the website.
1.7. Camp Again is entitled to outsource activities to third parties in carrying out the agreement.
1.8. Camp Again shall not be liable for any (indirect) damage or injury caused in any manner by the rented products.
2. Usage, Deposit & Return Policy
2.1. If the renter cannot meet one or more of the guidelines stated here, they must notify Camp Again immediately, either by email (contact@campagain.nl) or by visiting the designated booth on the festival site. Claims submitted more than three (3) hours after pickup will not be addressed.
2.2. Camp Again may charge a refundable deposit upon purchase of a rental service, either directly or through partners. This will be clearly shown in the cart and at checkout.
2.3. Deposits will be refunded within two (2) weeks after the last day of the festival, provided all return conditions are met.
2.4. The renter is fully responsible for any (partial) damages, loss of parts, pollution such as stains or strong odors, or other defects to the rented products. No exceptions will be made.
2.5. The renter must always use the products according to the provided manual or instructions, exclusively for their intended purpose (sleeping or shelter).
2.6. The renter must ensure proper assembly and stability, always using pegs and guy lines to secure tents and shelters.
2.7. For safety reasons, in winds exceeding wind force 4, the roof of the party tent must be collapsed by folding in the poles.
2.8. For safety reasons, in winds exceeding wind force 5, party tents must be fully dismantled.
2.9. Camp Again reserves the right to withhold deposits in case of any damages, loss, pollution, or defects.
2.10. Even if damaged, products must always be returned to Camp Again. Failure to return rented items will be considered theft, which may result in personal reporting to and sharing of personal details with the authorities.
2.11. In case of damage or loss, the renter is required to proactively report the incident to Camp Again immediately in written or in person to the staff on site.
2.12. The deposit serves solely as a security for potential damages. It does not entitle the renter to keep or “buy off” the rented products.
2.13. If the renter wishes to keep the rented items, they may request to purchase them at the full new retail price. This price will be charged in addition to the original rental fee, service costs, and any deposits already paid.
2.14. Products can only be picked up and returned during the official opening hours of the festival and/or designated Camp Again booth.
2.15. All rented products must be returned within the agreed timeframe, typically by the end of the festival. Late returns will result in the loss of your deposit. Additionally, you will be charged an amount equal to the product’s full new retail value as reimbursement.
2.16. The renter must return the tent and all included components in a clean and tidy condition, free from visible dirt, garbage, food remains, sand, or other debris, both inside and outside the tent as well as the tent bag. This includes removing personal items and trash, shaking out loose sand or dirt, and folding or packing items into the provided bags or containers where applicable. If large stains or visible messes are present on the outside of the tent, Camp Again expects the renter to make a clear and reasonable effort to clean them. Failure to meet these standards may result in partial withholding of the deposit to cover additional cleaning costs.
2.17. Upon returning the rented products, the renter is obligated to proactively report any damage, missing parts, or significant pollution to a Camp Again crew member on site. This allows for fair and transparent assessment and increases the chance of finding a fair solution for both parties. Failure to report such issues may result in partial or full withholding of the deposit.
2.18. Camp Again reserves the right to inspect returned items for damages, missing components, and cleanliness. If excessive pollution or stains are found, including those not reported as described in article 2.17, Camp Again may withhold part or all of the deposit as an additional cleaning or replacement fee.
3. Cancellation & Resale Policy

4. Price & Product
4.1. Specific offers on the website or partner websites are valid while supplies last.
4.2. Camp Again strives for accurate product and service descriptions but does not guarantee complete correspondence. Deviations do not entitle the contracting party to reimbursement or termination of the agreement.
4.3. The contracting party owes the price as listed in the order confirmation or agreement. Obvious (manipulation) errors, such as evident mistakes, may be corrected by Camp Again, even after the agreement has been made.
