Recovery
Yep, we know itโs a cliche, but we truly donโt believe in waste.
At Camp Again, weโre all about closing the loop wherever we can. Our recovery programย invites festival-goers to leave behind camping equipment they no longer need.
Together with our supplierย we clean, repair, and refresh these items, giving them a new life as second-hand camping gear. Even products that are too damaged find a purpose: theyโre either used for spare parts or passed on to upcycling partners who transform them into new creations like bags and jackets.
Letโs do this together, one tent at a time.

Mission
In Europe, 20 to 25% of all camping equipment is left behind at festivals (Green Events, 2018). We say, no more!
Research shows this waste mainly happens because the gear is broken, too heavy, hard to reassemble, or simply too cheap to bother taking home (Deloitte & MAS Research, 2023).
Our rental service solves that problem by offering festivalgoers a more comfortable, hassle-free alternative. No need to buy, carry, or clean your own gear. Our service is accessible for everyone, and more affordable than buying new (and often low-quality) products.
And thereโs more. On average, 41% of CO2 emissions at festivals are a result of audience travel (AGF, 2023). When visitors no longer need to lug around bulky gear, carpooling or taking public transport becomes a more appealing option.
Finally, we give old and abandoned gear a second life with our recovery service. We collect used tents, repair what we can for second-hand use, and up-cycle the rest into new products like bags.
