At Camp Again, we care about your privacy. We only process data that is necessary to provide you with our services and never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our website and the services provided by Camp Again.

We process your personal data solely to deliver our services. This means the processing is always directly related to the rental agreement or reservation you make. We do not use your data for profiling or targeted marketing.
If you provide data to us or via a festival ticketing platform, and we wish to contact you in the future for any purpose other than fulfilling your request, we will explicitly ask for your consent.
Your data will not be shared with third parties, except when required for administrative purposes (such as bookkeeping), or to comply with legal obligations. These third parties are contractually or legally bound to confidentiality.
2. Data Collection
Non-personal data may be collected automatically when visiting our website (e.g., browser type, device, or pages visited), to help improve the website and user experience.
When you use our services, we may collect your personal data via:
- A third-party reservation system we use to manage bookings, or
- The ticketing platform of the festival.
In both cases, only the minimum data required to process your booking and deliver the service will be collected. When data is shared with us by the festival, we have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place, as required under the GDPR.
3. Retention Period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to complete the reservation and return any deposits, including informing you about any withheld amounts. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
We also require our data processors (e.g., the reservation system provider) to delete your personal data after the rental process is completed, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax regulations).
4. Data Usage
We collect personal data such as your name, email address, and phone number to:
- Confirm and manage your reservation
- Contact you in case of issues with the equipment or booking
- Inform you about deposit returns or deductions
- Provide essential information related to your rental
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time (if applicable), and to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
